Nanga Parbat (8,126m) 1st winter.
Alex Txikon, Ali Sadpara and Simone Moro managed to tread the summit of Nanga Parbat (8,126 m) and sign the first winter in the history of "the murderous mountain" as the Germans nickname it. Together with K2, they were the only two eight-thousanders who refused to allow it to reach it during the coldest time of the year and in the most extreme conditions. The Nanga Parbat located at the western end of the Himalayas, is the ninth highest mountain in the world and the second highest in Pakistan. Therefore, a new page opens in the history of mountaineering..
